Preamble
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by Camping Del Padel (hereinafter "the Campsite") via its website, booking engine, by phone, email, on-site, or via any other means of communication.
The website content is intended to inform customers. Some services may vary depending on the season, occupancy rate, technical constraints, or events beyond the Campsite's control. Photos, plans and descriptions are not contractual.
Prices displayed include VAT and correspond to the rate in force on the day of booking. Any change in the VAT rate or applicable taxes may be passed on to the final price.
1. Booking Conditions
1.1 General Conditions
- Any person booking ("the Customer") must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of contracting, and be present throughout the stay.
- The booking becomes effective only after:
- receipt of the deposit (or full payment depending on the deadline), which automatically implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
- The booking is strictly personal: it cannot be transferred or sublet without prior written agreement from the Campsite.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
1.2 Camping Pitches
- The basic package includes: the pitch (tent/caravan/motorhome), access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities, for 1 to 2 people depending on the formula chosen.
- Extras (electricity, additional people, pets, additional vehicle, etc.) are not included and are added to the basic package.
- Maximum capacity per pitch: 6 people (including babies), unless specific agreement.
1.3 Mobile Home Rentals
- Accommodations are equipped and designed for a defined number of people depending on the category.
- The Campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families/groups presenting in numbers exceeding the authorized capacity of the accommodation.
1.4 Booking Fees
Booking fees may apply (amount indicated when booking and on confirmation).
2. Rates – Tourist Tax – Extras
2.1 Rates
The applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking. Rates do not include:
- tourist tax,
- possible local taxes,
- eco-contribution,
- extras and options (additional people, electricity, pets, visitors, linen, cleaning, etc.).
2.2 Dynamic Pricing
The Campsite may apply dynamic pricing (price variation according to demand). Thus, for identical stays, customers may have paid different prices. No refund of difference will be granted.
2.3 Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the local authority, per night and per person according to local rules.
For information: €0.60 / adult (+18 years) / night (if unchanged at the time of stay).
3. Payment Conditions
3.1 Camping Stays and Rentals
- For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit on booking; balance to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival: full payment on booking.
- Any booking made on arrival must be paid in full at reception.
3.2 Payment Default
In case of non-compliance with deadlines, the Campsite reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking, with application of cancellation conditions.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation and leisure activities provided on a specific date or period are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.
5. Stay Terms
5.1 Times
- Pitches: arrival from 2:00 PM
- Rentals: arrival from 4:00 PM
- Rental departures: vacate before 10:00 AM
5.2 Deposits & Options (Rentals)
- Accommodation deposit: €300
- Cleaning (on request): €60 (+ possible cleaning deposit: €50 depending on arrangement)
- If the accommodation is not returned clean, a cleaning fee may be charged.
- Badge/barrier: €50 deposit if applicable.
5.3 Internal Rules & Liability
Each Customer undertakes to respect the internal rules (posted at the entrance and reception). The Customer is responsible for any disturbance caused by accompanying or visiting persons.
The Campsite declines all responsibility in case of incident relating to the Customer's civil liability, or in case of theft/damage to personal belongings, unless proven fault of the Campsite.
6. Cancellation – Modification – Shortened Stay
6.1 Modification at Customer's Request
Any request (dates, type of accommodation, options) must be made in writing (email) and remains subject to availability. Modification fees may apply.
Any change to a lower range or any reduction in duration is treated as a partial cancellation and does not give rise to a refund.
6.2 Cancellation by Customer
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or letter).
Unless more favorable terms explicitly granted by the Campsite, no refund is possible. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance if offered at the time of booking. You have the option to subscribe to Neat insurance when booking, thus becoming a customer of their insurance under their terms; they offer no-justification-required insurance with 70% refund of the refundable amount.
6.3 Unused Services
Any interrupted, shortened stay, late arrival, early departure or no-show does not give rise to any refund.
6.4 Cancellation by the Campsite
In case of cancellation by the Campsite (excluding force majeure), amounts paid will be refunded. No damages may be claimed.
7. Visitors
Visitors are admitted subject to:
- reporting to reception,
- respecting internal rules,
- paying the visitor fee when applicable (especially beyond a certain time of presence).
The Campsite may refuse access to visitors in case of high occupancy, security, or non-compliance with rules.
8. Pets
Pets are accepted except regulated categories (1st and 2nd category dogs), with possible extra charge. They must:
- be kept on a lead,
- have up-to-date vaccination records,
- not access prohibited areas (buildings, food areas, etc. as posted).
9. Padel Activity – Booking & Specific Rules
The Campsite offers padel activity which may be accessible to campsite guests and/or external customers according to periods and terms. The aim is to allow supervised practice with safety and proper use rules.
9.1 Booking & Payment
- Booking a padel slot is by name and valid for the chosen slot.
- Payment may be required on booking, especially during high attendance periods.
- Rates and durations (e.g.: 1h30 session, racquet hire, balls) are posted and/or specified when booking.
9.2 Padel Cancellation
- Any cancellation must be reported as soon as possible.
- Unless goodwill gesture, slots not honored or cancelled late may remain due (leisure activity at specific date/time).
9.3 Use – Safety – Liability
- Players undertake to respect posted instructions, equipment condition, and safety rules.
- Minors remain under adult supervision.
- Any voluntary or negligent damage may be charged.
10. Image Rights
The Campsite may take photos/videos within the establishment for animation or communication purposes (website, social networks, print materials). By accepting these T&Cs, the Customer authorizes use of their image and that of accompanying persons, unless written refusal notified to the Campsite.
Any request to remove content where the Customer is recognizable may be made in writing, and will be processed within a reasonable time.
11. Complaints – Disputes – Mediation
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent in writing, in precise terms, within 20 days following the end of the stay:

When a difficulty is noted on-site, the Customer is invited to report it to reception within 24 hours to allow quick resolution.
In case of persistent disagreement, the Customer may use a consumer mediator at CM2C.
12. Data Protection (Personal Data)
Information provided during booking is used only for:
- stay management,
- billing,
- stay-related communication (practical information, reminders, etc.).
In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data by writing to campingdelpadel@gmail.com
